It's great that Amanda Blank has finally finished her debut album, I Love You. She has delivered exactly what all the hype posts asked for. The video for her first single, "Might Like You Better" was released this week and it's pretty cool. It's the first time I've heard the song and as for the lyrics are on cue; the beat is sort of weak... I could see this getting the club treatment this fall if the song had the 'right' beat and it could be all sorts of amazing. That's where you come in. I want YOU to make a remix for "Might Like You Better". You can do whatever you want with the song, but I'm kind of looking for a club jam from it. I know Rusko and Blaqstarr both did remixes, but they're just not doing it for me. If you're an unknown remixer this will be perfect to get you name out there and do the world a greater good. The entries will be judged by the Ratcatchers staff and then be posted on the blog to be downloaded. As you probably know, the blog is connected to Hype Machine and Elbo.ws so you'll get all the fame, glory and whatever else comes with that. Good Luck!
